Prepare the Device:

Ensure the 4 AA alkaline batteries are inserted into the monitor (batteries are included).
Attach the arm cuff to the main device if it’s not already connected.
Position the Cuff:

Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor, your back straight, and your arm at heart level.
Place the cuff around your upper left arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight; you should be able to fit one finger between your arm and the cuff.

Press the “Power” button to turn on the device. The LCD screen will light up, showing the interface for measurement.
Start Measuring:
