Step-by-Step Instructions:
Prepare the Device:

Unbox your AccuSure AS Series BP Machine and ensure all components are present: BP machine device, 4 AA alkaline batteries, adjustable arm cuff, waterproof carry pouch, user manual, and warranty card.
Insert the Batteries:

Open the battery compartment on the back of the BP machine and insert the 4 AA alkaline batteries (included) following the correct polarity markings.
Place the Cuff on Your Upper Arm:

Take the adjustable arm cuff and wrap it securely around your upper arm, approximately 1 inch above your elbow.
Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight. The cuff should fit around arm circumferences of 22-36 cm (8.6-14.1 inches).
The cuff’s air tube should be placed facing toward your hand and positioned along the inside of your arm.
Power On the Device:

Press the Power Button on the BP machine to turn it on. The device will automatically start inflating the cuff as soon as it’s powered on and the start button is pressed.
Start the Measurement:

Once the device powers on, the cuff will begin inflating automatically. Remain seated in a relaxed position with your arm resting on a flat surface (such as a table) during the reading.
Keep your arm still and avoid talking or moving while the measurement is being taken.
The digital display will show your blood pressure and pulse readings once the cuff deflates.
Read and Record Your Results:

After the measurement is complete, your systolic (top) and diastolic (bottom) blood pressure values will appear on the digital display, along with your pulse rate.
