Prepare Your Glucometer
Turn on your AccuSure Simple Glucometer and ensure it’s ready for testing.
Insert a Test Strip
Take one test strip from the pack (either color) and insert it into the glucometer’s test strip slot. The glucometer will automatically turn on and prepare to measure your blood glucose.
Prepare the Lancing Device
Attach a lancet to the lancing device.
Adjust the depth of the lancing device to your preferred comfort level.
Prick the side of your fingertip to draw a small blood drop.
Apply the Blood Sample
Gently touch the blood drop to the edge of the test strip. The glucometer will automatically start processing your blood glucose reading.
Wait for the Result
In just 8 seconds, your blood glucose reading will appear on the screen.
Dispose of the Used Strip
Once you’ve recorded the result, safely eject the used strip from the glucometer and dispose of it properly.
